Camp Leaders provides the opportunity for people from 17 to 35 years to work in camps all around U.S.A. We helped them to create an iOS mobile app and a chatbot to make them easier to hire participants from all around the world
Camp Leaders allows users to work abroad for the Summer in America and to Camp Directors to hire participants on those camps. Putting on my mobile UX hat, I designed the app and conducted usability testings. In this process I found interesting insights that helped the client to become the first in his kind for hiring staff from around the world.
The starting point was a list of sprint meetings in which amongst others, we decided the purpose and features each screen should have.
To better understand the users I created personas that reflects the two profiles the app could have, participant and Camp Director
