Pandle app is the mobile version of the cloud based software that helps easily manage your banking, and amongst other features allows you to send customer invoices, upload receipts and create and edit your transactions, making easier for companies and small businesses to manage bookkeeping on the go.
Design thinking behind one of the features of the app, Receipt Uploads, to assign files to existing or new transactions.
Creation of user personas to define the personality of Pandle app users.
To gain insight about the behaviour of the persona Julie, we came to these common insights related with thinking/feelings, pain points, or expected goals before using Pandle.
To document this persona's mindset until the decision of using the software is made. it served as as an opportunity to explore, understand and improve the understanding of the motivations of the users, and emphasise with them when comparing the alternatives to Pandle.
Wireframes and user flows to make sure that the navigation is clear enough and the friction to identify next steps is minimal so we provide a optimal experience for the user.
